Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RepLift app provided by RepLift. By using RepLift, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

RepLift lets you block selected apps and earn screen-time minutes by exercising (counted by your camera) or by walking, and spend those minutes to temporarily unlock blocked apps.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

Subscriptions & billing

RepLift is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Pricing and any free trial are shown in the app before you purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass its protections, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way.

Health & fitness disclaimer

RepLift is not a medical or fitness-advice service. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme, and stop if you feel unwell. You exercise at your own risk.

Rep counting and step tracking are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate.

Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by RepLift and protected by law. These terms don’t transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepLift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
